The Soldier

My Great great grandfather, Eric Wahlström, became one of the many farmhands that was drafted as a soldier for Uplands Royal Infantry Battalion as the war with Russia broke out in 1808.
Some letters from that period have inspired me for further research about his time as a soldier.
