Bengt Jansson
Bengt was born in 1723, most likely in Eds parish, Värmlands county. In 1748 he lived on the farm Körsvik in Eds parish, which could have been his fathers farm. The same year, on October 23 1748, he married the maid Elin Bengtsdotter from the farm Malöga in the same parish. As a morning-gift he gave his wife 15 Riksdaler. After the wedding his wife moved to Bengt in Körsvik. In 1751 they had moved and were then living at the farm Höjen in the same parish. He lived on the farm Höjen until his death, on June 3 1781, 58 years old. He died from ”Styng” and was buried on June 10.
