My dear Hjalmar Dad is home! healthy and satesfied. Isn´t that the best of news I can give you my loved child. Travelled home with the Thingvalla line. Slow trip, three weeks at sea. Travelled on in a hurry. We are now going to move to 27 Bryggaregatan, 2 rooms and kitchen. Second floor and a rent of 300 Crowns. You can stay as long as you like and our dear relatives lets you, you must be dirty now my little son, if you need anything please write me at once and I will send you. Your sisters are all well, and I have not felt this healthy in long. Send our best whiches to Grandmother Aunt and Uncle. Dad is fully occupied with work.

Min kära Hjalmar Pappa är hemma! frisk och nöjd. Är det intet det bästa nyhet jag kan bringa dig mitt älskade barn. Reste hem på Thingvalla line. Långsam resa, 3 veckor på sjön. Vidare sedan mycket brottom. Vi skall nu flytta strax efter m.s. 2 rum & kök Bryggarg. 27. 2 tra upp hyra 300 Kronor. Du får vara qvar så länge du trifs och Våra kära Slägtingar det tillåter, men du är väl bra smutsig nu min lilla Gosse, om du behöfver något så skrif med det samma skall jag skicka. Dina Systrar är friska, och jag har intet känt mig så frisk som jag nu är på länge. Hälsa Farmor Faster & Farbror så hjärtligt ifrån oss alla Pappa ha fult opp med arbete.
