Nils Larsson
Nils was born around 1630 in Sörgården in Bossarby in Dannemora parish, Uppsala county. His parents were the farmer and soldier Lars Nilsson and his wife Margareta. Nils worked in Dannemora mine as a Mine-hand but had also the profession of being a Parish constable. He married Brita around the year 1675. After the wedding she moved to Nils in Bossarby. Neither Nils, nor his wife or his children could read or write. They could not afford to let the children go to school. The family was very religious. In 1686 the took the Holy Communion four times, which was very rare in that period. His oldest son Erik, married to Anna, took over the farm after Nils, who died on February 3 1691.
