Anders Andersson
Anders was born in 1758. It is not known the exact date nor where he was born. As he, on December 25 1779, married the maid Ingeborg Nilsdotter from Saldabraten in Frykeruds parish, Varmlands county, he was working on one of the farms in Saldabraten as a farmhand. The church-books tells us that they were married "in their own clothes" and that he gave his wife "morning-gifts according to the law". After the wedding they settled on the farm in Saldabraten owned by Ingeborgs parents, the farmer Nils Amundsson and his wife Karin Fredriksdotter. Later Anders took over the farm and from 1792 he was said to be the owner. He lived on Saldebraten for the rest of his life and died, 69 years old, on March 14 1827. He died from "colic" and was buried on March 25.
