Stina Hindriksdotter

Stina was born on October 19 1767 on the farm Sjöstad in Alsters parish, Värmlands county. Her parents were the farmer Hindrik Larsson and his wife Britta Svensdotter.

On November 2 1794 she got married to the farmhand Magnus Stephansson from the farm Måsserud in the same parish. After the wedding Magnus moved to Stina in Sjöstad.

In december 1823 her husband Magnus died at Stina became a widdow. She overlived her husband with four months and died, at an age of 56, on March 21 1824. She lived at the farm Sjöstad all her life. She died from "stroke" and was buried on March 28.
